To be honest I haven't heard anything of his before 1974. My loss I know. But it looks like you have a great start for a compilation pkg for his older material. I checked www.allmusic.com and they agreed with your selection almost song for song. Being the "completest" that I am, I would only add the following 2 songs to your collection; "Living Inside my Heart" (flip side of Like a Rock 45), & "East L.A." (flip side of Understanding 45). I personally feel that both of these songs should have gone on Seger's 2004 Greatest Hits Vol 2 release but unfortunately were left off for no apparent reason. While they may not go together all that well, I do think they should be added for completion reason's. Unless of course Bob should see fit to release a career spanning retrospective but, I wouldn't hold my breath for that. Hey they got to somewhere, right? Just my 2 cents, for what it's worth!

"This Old House" was also a 45 flip-side.

"Ivory" from RGM and "Stealer" from '72 would also be a great release.
